Once Ready is inserted in advance at the initiation of the receptive partner, from the very first glance to the final shower there may be no need to manually apply a lubricant! If you need more lubricant, insert another capsule or add another lubricant.
Directions of use : For Vaginal use, insert one capsule at least 15 minutes before sex.
For rectal use, insert one capsule 30 minutes before sex, using anal lubricant to begin.
For immediate use, make a small cut across the end of the capsule before insertion so the lubricant is available more quickly.
