1. Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges. The 30-day return period is calculated from the date your order is delivered to you, not from the date of order placement.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and any accessories included.
- Items that have been altered, damaged, worn, or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Our customer service team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please note that the RMA number is required to process your return.

- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and affix the return shipping label (if provided). Ensure the package is securely sealed to avoid any damage during transit.

4. Refunds
